I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean to ask if the WITCH book has quick start rules or if quick start rules are available now?

I just wanted to update on this. All Kickstarter backers are getting a mechanics overview as a sneak peak to the game. Quick start rules will be available once the official core book is out  |
